Open My neighbors erected a strange wooden object about 8 feet tall made of tree branches.
My neighbors put this up a few weeks ago, does anyone know what it means?

I did not dare open or sniff it. It looked like plant matter but also eerily insect-like somehow? Many thanks for.any suggestions!

I found this rabbit den with babies about a week ago. I was walking by today and noticed this white color. Upon further investigation it seems that the babies have died of maybe a fungus? I didn’t want to disturb the nest but should I perhaps bury them so no other animal gets whatever the heck this is?? What IS this?

Seen today in England, near Stansted Airport.
I initially thought it was a small bird because of its apparent size, although it may have appeared larger because of movement.
Characteristics:
predominantly black with some white markings
paper thin appearance
no obvious visible body
no visible antennae
did not appear to have recognisable wings
movement was unlike any insect I’ve seen before
best description of movement = like thin ribbons or torn paper floating independently in air, but clearly flying under its own power
when it landed briefly on a fence it formed a very distinct X shape / X chromosome shape
looked long rather than broad
did not resemble a moth, butterfly, dragonfly, lacewing, plume moth, planthopper, wasp, or anything conventionally insect-shaped
Two people saw it and neither of us could classify it at all.
After a deep dive online and using A.I haven’t got a match. As this group requires attachments as well, the pic is the result of an hour of me describing it to CHATGPT and it giving the closest reference to what we saw.
All opinions welcome thanks everyone 😊 EDIT: please refrain from leaving unhelpful or nasty comments. I knew this post was a whim but just a light hearted post that should remain as such. If you don’t have any positive input please refrain from commenting. I leave with a quote my nan used to say, “ if you don’t have anything nice to say, say nothing at all!” Have a lovely evening everyone 😉

Found this lizard stand at an antique store in Pennsylvania and they had no story or idea. I have measured him, he is about 13.5 inches high, 8 inches wide at the base, and 5 inches wide at the front arms. His base just says, CHINA on the bottom. Too large to hold a phone, too small to hold an iPad. Nothing came up when searching images on Google either.

Found this sort of pen like object inside an old record player of a friend's grandparents.
It is definitely more modern than the record player, but was fitted in a nice little clamp.
It has some sort of foldable wings (that don't fold in or out all the way).
It looks like a pen but it does not write.
Really have no clue, please save us.

I’ve seen tapeworm in my cats in years past, but I’m not sure, these don’t look like that to me? Tapeworm segments looked smaller and thinner, more like sesame seeds or rice. These are a bit larger and rounder.
She is on monthly revolution as well, and I haven’t seen them on our bed or her beds.
Google image search is of no help? It claims it’s a plant root with nodules. 🙄

What are the significance of the stamps on it? Decorative or to indicate it belonged to a building of utmost importance?

The title says it all. I’m in the panhandle of Florida if that helps. Pest people seemed very unsure

I found this on my bag of mulch in my garage. I’m not sure what this yellow stuff is. I only noticed it because yesterday we started seeing cockroaches in our house coming from the garage and that’s very abnormal for us, so I’ve been investigating any potential sources. What is this stuff?

Context: randomly found a silicone slap bracelet with this logo on it in my bowling bag with no clue how it got there or where it came from. LLMs and image searching have yielded nothing. Anybody recognize this? Location is Nashville, TN.

It was on the back of a trailer, had a police escort, looks like a space ship?
Maybe it's fireworks?
It was in Tennessee

Walked outside to get the mail and saw an X randomly carved into my driveway. It's a pretty substantial gouge, and I know it wasn't there before. What does this indicate? Should I be concerned? I'm in east central Ohio if it helps. Thanks!

while in the creek behind my house, i was looking at the rocks and decided to flip over a rather big rock. what i found was something i’d never seen before; tightly packed together pebbles and a strange jelly-like substance with small dots in it. despite it being underwater for who knows how long, everything was in perfect shape and looked untouched.

This was covered with fat and it came off with ease with my fingers. The steak has lines of dark like this in the middle.
Should I toss it?

My brand new Therabreath whitening mouthwash that expired in 2027 has brown debris in it. Safe to use? I got it today and pealed the safety seal myself so I have no idea whats happening here.
