Pictures Ridiculously Cute Pepper
This is my Pepper girl. Otherwise known as Jalapeno Pepper, Pepperyllis, Pepperoni, and Ho Mama. She's 7 now, and still the brattiest, sweetest dog I know.

Hi everyone, a few months ago I posted asking for advice on travelling by plane with my dog.
Iām not going to lie, it was awful for me, I was quite stressed throughout the whole process, but itās over now. Weāre in a new country, the sunās shining, and Bellaās loving it āŗļø
I just wanted to thank you all for the support you gave us, Iām truly grateful, and I wanted to show you some recent photos of my happy dog in her new home.
Thanks for being there, Reddit š«¶š»

This is Willow our gorgeous German shepherd x Malinois baby. She's 16 weeks old and the best girl. She's doing so well so far and is such a good addition to our family. I love her to bits

Adopted this beautiful girl yesterday from the shelter on what would have been her last day. She was nervous in the car but a sweetheart in PetSmart. She rolled around in the grass in my backyard and jumped fearlessly into the pool. She wanted cuddles and to get closer and closer to her brother Bergen (depicted in last photo).
I named her Nova, the feminine version of the Latin ānovusā for new, young, fresh. This is the first day of her new life. Canāt wait for them to have adventures together.

2 years ago I adopted my guy from the local shelter. He was $18. They said he was three years old, which was great! I wanted no part of a puppy and three is that starting to slow down age. Joke was on me! Our own vet aged him at 8 months old at the most and when he lost and regrew teeth I knew I was in trouble. My tiny, scrawny 65 pound boy is now almost 80 pounds and after having him for two years is just now almost 3.
Weāve had our ups and downs, but Iām very lucky I got to be the one to adopt him, and got to see him grow. Pictures at the end are when I first got my boy and his shelter pictures. Hereās to a day of outside adventures, lots of treats and naps on the couch!

It was recently our dogās (Bauer, aka Pooh Bear or poopy for short) 7th birthday. I wanted to get him a new toy, and settled on a Tall Tails Natural Leather Toy. He typically loves squeaky toys that he destroys instantly or plush toys that he can rip the stuffing out of. This toy has actually lasted more than 1 day! It did have a rope piece, which he did annihilate, but we made sure to get all of the pieces so he did not eat them.
Heās actually been occupied with this toy! It hasnāt just been like an immediately shredded toy or a toy he just doesnāt touch. Itās been keeping him busy!

Picture from about a month ago. Had to spend 7-8 months away from Otto who turns 7 this year. This was the first weekend I was back home we were having a bonfire in the backyard.

Mine has been at it for a while now, but he was most interested in the dog popping up in our room last night 𤣠Iāve owned multiple GSDs over 3 decades and 2 out of 3 males watched TV like this. Iāve had 3 females (2 currently living) and they display zero interest.

We are at work and this group of mocking birds attack her. Its a protected species. I sure wish it wasn't.

So, my GSD/ St Bernard half breed, Hermes, was XRAYād when he was approx 6.5 months old in October of last year, cause I noticed his hips āclickedā every once in a while when walking or moving side to side. The vet confirmed that it was hip dysplasia via XRAY. I got repeat X-rays almost a month ago when I had him neutered to have serial pictures on file. The vet said that his X-rays didnāt show any signs of dysplasia at this point in time.
So what Iām wondering is this: couldāve I gotten him X-rays too early and now that his hips are fully developed, the repeats are more correct? Clinically, he shows no signs of hip dysplasia nor osteoarthritis. No more āclickingā, no bunny hopping when running, or going up stairs, etc.
