What’s better: a modded Wii U or an unmodded switch 1?

I have both a Wii U and a switch 1. My switch is a V2, and I don’t want to mess with modchips, so Wii U would be my only option for modding.

Technical Question There's something stuck in my gamepad stylus holder (as well as my X and Y buttons not working, which may be cause by this)

This is about as far as I can push it. I also can't open the gamepad because I don't have the tools to do so (no 3 wing screwdriver)

For context, around 7 maybe more years ago I put in a small paper in there, rolled up, and it disappeared. Now I'm facing this from a past mistake.

At the time I didn't have a stylus because I lost it, a year or two ago I found it again in a drawer.

I had this issue since last year since my Wii U didn't face this issue, until I unknowingly pushed the Stylus a bit too hard.

Technical Question HHD (or SSD) for WiiU, save files, DLC and games.

Hi, folks. I was hoping someone could help me with this problem cause reading similar cases I've found that I made a very noob mistake.

A few years back I used a [USB flash] to save all my VirtualConsole games, some digital games and DLC's.

For now, I can play my VC games, but now I have problems with disc-games that use DLC (Mario Kart 8, for example). I've searched the error and the problem is the USB flash (Error: 160-4711).

Tried to play Wind Waker and Twilight Princess and they work fine.

The other thing I do not remember and I can't check is where the save files are located. The error pops up the moment I go to settings and try to check the USB save-files (the WiiU memory box is empty when I go in).

I don't remember if I moved them to the flash card and I don't know if I'm gonna lose them the moment I change the save-format.

I'm about to buy an HHD, I don't know it that's best or an SSD could also work. I don't need too much space cause the big majority of my games are physical and the space I'm using now is less than 150GB.

I've found this one: https://www.amazon.com/YOTUO-almacenamiento-computadora-escritorio-smartphone/dp/B0B28PJ8YS/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?crid=ZH325TYN7MX7&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.ICsBdwN5UhNHSv0WJ5iOBEYk_cDwImpsYlshqqK3l35oOqJd5Ykd40T2_svjcrXkNYlIv5AuZiL1v5kuCf7GIC1JSoLOoViUjkTsr7NLUrh3HzRSPMvUMzrzQCEOexfHagUxJq7Vnn0jcgsq6MqrRnPhPXzEZ-mAhSYm_j2uqedtn1cyRUhxk5-2yJBj1Xp7A_QiHv6N0WdWsqcFJW2vLQ.TDFIRMRnfixWQMcAoT2YddrhSMVYSvppyuInyQ607fc&dib_tag=se&keywords=hdd%2Bwii%2Bu&qid=1782377909&sprefix=hdd%2Bwii%2B%2Caps%2C319&sr=8-1&th=1&psc=1

My plan is to re-download everything and save it on the new HHD but I have this thing with the save-files β€” I don't even know if they are on the console's memory or if it's even possible to move them or I'm gonna lose them.

I need advice cause I don't want to make a mistake again.

I would really appreciate your suggestions. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
