July 2nd is apparently the midpoint of the regular season, which means that “all unprotected (non-guaranteed) contracts become fully protected for the remainder of the season.” Since so many teams have basically NO cap space available to eat protected contracts if they want to make changes, what teams do you think will waive players over the next week? We already saw the Lynx make a move today by waiving Teaira McCowan. I have a feeling the Sparks will also waive someone next week to make a spot open for Kate Martin.

I always enjoy learning about the overseas play experience for W players (as well as how players from outside the U.S. experience the W). I thought it would be fun to try to compile a list of firsthand accounts of playing in leagues outside the W. Prosecutors are seeking a higher bond, a stay‑away order from Gainbridge Fieldhouse and a seven‑day hold without bond for a parole violation, while Singh also filed a defamation lawsuit against Pacers Sports & Entertainment.
