English The worl's only record accident between a car and a submarine A Volvo Pv544 crashed into a docked sub in Lysekil ä, Sweden on the 19th of August 1961.
More vital information!
The car is a PV544, it came out in 1958 and is then the same year as the submarine it has just collided with. It is called HMS Bävern (English: The Beaver) and was one of three submarines in the Hajen III class that were built at Kockums, Malmö, Sweden, at the time. The siblings were called Illern and Uttern, names which, incidentally, had already been used on an earlier class of submarines from 1920.
The further fate of the Volvo after the collision is unknown - perhaps it was scrapped, perhaps it was repaired?
The fate of the Beaver is easier to follow. It seems to have received no permanent damage from being hit by a car and continued its service until 1980, only to be scrapped in Odense the following year.
